Beef Stroganof

Instructions
- Chop meat into 1/4 inch thick strips
- Brown meat in olive oil (make sure to leave grease from meat in pan for sauce later)
- Salt/pepper as necessary
- Add water as necessary to "deglaze" the bottom of the pan
- Meat should pull apart easily
- Cover and simmer for 10-20 mins (softer meat, less time)
- Add mushrooms, salt and pepper, for shorter cooking time uncover to burn off liquid
- Add cream of mushroom (just need to warm)
- Add sour cream, turn heat off, continue to stir the sour cream
- Cook noodles separately, 10 mins
