Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 to 5 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger; drain.
  2. Add seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix in medium bowl the sour cream, cream cheese and onion; set aside.
  5. Place 2 cooked, drained noodles in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  6. Add 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 of meat sauce.
  7. Lay 2 more noodles on meat sauce; layer again with cream cheese mixture, then meat sauce.
  8. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
