Instructions
- Brown hamburger; drain.
- Add seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Set aside.
- Mix in medium bowl the sour cream, cream cheese and onion; set aside.
- Place 2 cooked, drained noodles in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Add 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 of meat sauce.
- Lay 2 more noodles on meat sauce; layer again with cream cheese mixture, then meat sauce.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
