Ingredients

  • 1 k. sirloin or other tender beef cuts with fat
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Slice beef thinly to desired size (preferably across the grain) and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix brown sugar, white sugar, and salt, then spread this mixture on the meat.
  3. Allow beef to marinate for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Fry the marinated beef in hot fat until cooked and serve.
