Beef Tips With Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • pepper
  • bottles reese
  • fresh mushrooms
  • sirloin steak
  • rice
  • garlic
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Cut sirloin steak into bite size pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a deep frypan.
  3. Add meat, season with garlic salt and pepper; cover and simmer on low until all pink coloring is gone.
  4. At this point, add 1 bottle of cooking wine and the fresh sliced mushrooms.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes, covered.
  6. Add second bottle of cooking Burgundy and simmer on low, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
  7. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
