Beef With Green Pepper

Ingredients

  • 12 lb beef, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 large green peppers, shredded
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, egg white, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 Tblsp.
  3. oil in frying pan until hot.
  4. Stir-fry green pepper and salt 2 minutes; remove from pan; set aside.
  5. Heat 2 more Tblsp.
  6. oil in frying pan until hot.
  7. Add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  8. Add green pepper and cook 1 minute more.
  9. Serve hot.
