- Add sliced green peppers and sliced onions to the pan.
- Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
- Break up the chopped meat and add to the vegetables in the pan.
- Cook until the meat is browned.
- Meanwhile, cook the macaroni until slightly firm (al dente).
- Add sauce to the cooked meat mixture in the pan.
- Mix everything together and let cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat, turning occasionally.
- Drain the cooked macaroni and add it to the pan.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cook through before serving.
