Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 venison chops or steaks
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 can beer

Instructions

  1. Brown the venison chops in bacon grease and pour off the fat.
  2. Blend brown sugar, catsup, and beer to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the browned chops.
  4. Cook in an electric frypan until tender, about 1 hour, adding a little water if it cooks down.
