- drain all bean juice into a bowl.
- (save for later)
- dice up the bacon and fry it in a pan.
- save just a bit of the grease.
- chop up the onion and saute it in the bacon grease.
- add the bacon, sauteed onion, dry mustard, and the beans to a crock pot or any pot and simmer for 15 minuets.
- add some bean juice if you'd like it more juicy.
- I know I do ;)
- you can add anything to your beans when you dish it up.
- I like to add some cheese and sour cream to mine.
