Ingredients

  • 2 can kidney beans
  • 2 can butter beans
  • 2 can pork n beans
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. drain all bean juice into a bowl.
  2. (save for later)
  3. dice up the bacon and fry it in a pan.
  4. save just a bit of the grease.
  5. chop up the onion and saute it in the bacon grease.
  6. add the bacon, sauteed onion, dry mustard, and the beans to a crock pot or any pot and simmer for 15 minuets.
  7. add some bean juice if you'd like it more juicy.
  8. I know I do ;)
  9. you can add anything to your beans when you dish it up.
  10. I like to add some cheese and sour cream to mine.
