Berry Batter Cake

Instructions
- Line a greased 8 x 8-inch pan with berries.
- Beat the next 6 ingredients with mixer for 1 minute.
- Pour over berries.
- Combine 1/4 teaspoon salt, sugar and cornstarch and blend well.
- Pour over batter evenly.
- Pour water or juice over all.
- Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
- Serve by spooning cake upside down and covering with berries.
- Dollop with vanilla ice cream while still warm.
