Ingredients

  • 1 whole Refrigerated Pre-made Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Frozen Or Fresh Berries: Raspberries, Strawberries And Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Lay out your pie crust on a work surface. Cut out 4-6 rectangles, each measuring about 4" x 3". (You may have to re-roll the dough into more of a rectangle, since a pie crust comes in a circle.)
  3. In a bowl, combine fruit, sugars and vanilla. Spoon fruit into the center of half of the rectangles. Place the other rectangles over the top, forming pockets and press edges together with a fork to form a seam.
  4. Melt butter and brush over tops of pie pockets.
  5. Place pie pockets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until brown and flaky! Serve with whipped cream and indulge.
