Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all.
  2. Marinate steaks, London broil, etc., overnight. Grill as usual.
