Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Pour the melted margarine into the dry ingredients.
  4. Add milk to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared frying pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F until the top is golden brown.
