Ingredients

  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can Contadina tomatoes
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from one can of Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  2. In a blender, combine the drained Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained Contadina tomatoes, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and lime juice.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
