Beth'S Green Salad
A fresh and vibrant green salad featuring crisp lettuce, tender artichoke hearts, and hearts of palm, perfect for light lunches or side dishes for any meal.

Instructions
- Wash and drain the lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- Drain the artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, and pimentos. Cut any large pieces of hearts of palm if needed, then add all to the lettuce.
- Slice the onion very thin and add to the salad.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
