Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bunch romaine lettuce
  • 1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 (10 oz.) can hearts of palm
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar red pimentos

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Drain the artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, and pimentos. Cut any large pieces of hearts of palm if needed, then add all to the lettuce.
  3. Slice the onion very thin and add to the salad.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
