Betsy'S Cheese Paste is a creamy, flavorful appetizer with hints of peppers, onion, and tangy condiments, perfect for serving with pretzels, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cream cheese
  • 2 medium peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Finely chop the onion and peppers in a blender and drain.
  3. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the softened cream cheese.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. Chill and serve with pretzels, crackers, or vegetables.
