Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (3 oz. each)
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a suitable pan.
  2. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mixes with 3 cups of milk until thickened.
  4. Spread the crushed pineapple over the cooled cake, then pour the pudding mixture on top.
  5. Chill the cake for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor and texture.
