Ingredients

  • 1 c. softened butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. thinly sliced apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat butter, sugar and eggs together. Add dry ingredients and beat.
  3. Stir in apples and nuts.
  4. Spread into a 13 x 9-inch prepared pan.
  5. Cook for 45 minutes.
  6. Cool before cutting.
