Ingredients

  • 1 box mochi flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 block butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter or margarine.
  2. Combine all the ingredients including the melted butter and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased oblong pan.
  4. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown.
