Ingredients

  • 4 c. fresh strawberries, washed and set aside
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water; bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Add cornstarch and 1/2 cup water, mixed.
  3. Cook until clear and thick, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Jell-O.
  5. Cool the mixture slightly.
  6. Fold in strawberries into a baked pie shell.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
