Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach or 1 can spinach

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a skillet.
  2. Add minced garlic and shredded cabbage to the skillet.
  3. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and steam the cabbage for about 15 minutes.
  4. Add the spinach and return the lid to the pan.
  5. Cook until the spinach is heated through and the cabbage is crisp tender.
