Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. deer tenderloin, cut into strips
  • bell pepper, cut into strips
  • onions
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire
  • season to taste
  • garlic
  • Cajun season
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In large skillet fill bottom with cooking oil.
  2. Add meat and season.
  3. Cook on medium until brown.
  4. Add Worcestershire.
  5. Simmer. Dilute with water.
  6. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
