Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf Hawaiian bread
  • 3/4 lb. ham, sliced thin
  • 3/4 lb. turkey, sliced thin
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese slices
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar or American cheese slices
  • slice tomatoes
  • lettuce leaves
  • mayonnaise
  • soft margarine

Instructions

  1. Slice bread across into 3 pieces.
  2. Butter one layer.
  3. Add ham, Swiss cheese, tomato and lettuce.
  4. Mayonnaise the bottom layer with turkey and American or Cheddar cheese.
  5. Stack layers.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
