- Using 1/2 of each ingredient, layer in a large, clear, straight-sided bowl as follows:
- lettuce, carrots, peas, turkey, shells, cheese and egg slices.
- Make sure you can see all layers through bowl.
- Use same order and repeat layers.
- Serve as a side dish or entire meal.
