Ingredients

  • 1 part melted shortening (no salt)
  • 1 part peanut butter
  • 3 to 5 parts plain cornmeal

Instructions

  1. Add peanut butter to hot, melted shortening.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add cornmeal gradually, a little at a time.
  4. Mix until the mixture is not too sticky nor too crumbly.
  5. Shape the mixture and hang in an onion sack for a bird feeder.
