Biscoff Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Biscoff Spread
  • 3/4 cups White Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 whole Large Bananas, Really Ripe, Peeled And Mashed
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a large bowl combine Biscoff cookie spread, sugars and mashed banana. Mix thoroughly until nice and smooth. Add in eggs, one at a time, and combine.
  3. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients (everything else on the above list). Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until incorporated.
  4. Spread into a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and top is a nice deep golden brown.
