Instructions
- Dip biscottis in milk.
- Layer the dipped biscottis at the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Cook vanilla pudding according to package directions.
- When cooked, add rum (optional) to the pudding.
- Pour the pudding over the layered biscottis.
- Allow to cool until set.
- Once the pudding has set, cover with fruit topping and Cool Whip.
- Optionally, add slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, or shaved chocolate on top of the Cool Whip.
