Ingredients

  • biscottis
  • milk
  • vanilla pudding
  • rum
  • fruit topping

Instructions

  1. Dip biscottis in milk.
  2. Layer the dipped biscottis at the bottom of a large baking dish.
  3. Cook vanilla pudding according to package directions.
  4. When cooked, add rum (optional) to the pudding.
  5. Pour the pudding over the layered biscottis.
  6. Allow to cool until set.
  7. Once the pudding has set, cover with fruit topping and Cool Whip.
  8. Optionally, add slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, or shaved chocolate on top of the Cool Whip.
