Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Use a muffin pan to bake the biscuits.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Bisquick with 1 cup of sour cream.
  4. Add 1 stick of melted butter to the mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the muffin pan cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm.
