Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup black walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  2. Add butter and black walnuts to the mixture.
  3. Cool at room temperature without stirring until lukewarm (110°F).
  4. Beat the mixture until it loses its gloss.
  5. Add the black walnuts.
  6. Spread the fudge in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  7. Cut into pieces and serve.
