Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chili meat (special ground)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ground comino
  • 4 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 (No. 300) cans chili beans or red kidney beans, drained

Instructions

  1. Brown meat seasoned with garlic powder, salt and comino.
  2. Add water and cook slowly for approximately 1 or 1 1/2 hours, or until meat is done.
  3. Add chili powder and paprika.
  4. Stir.
  5. Then add chili beans or red kidney beans (drain juice).
  6. Let simmer for a few minutes to blend in flavor.
