Creamy and versatile blender egg custard combines sweet eggs, vanilla, and milk for a comforting dessert or breakfast treat, suitable for family gatherings or casual brunches.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup oleo, very soft or melted
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, sugar, Bisquick, vanilla, oleo, and milk in a blender for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch deep pie dish that has been sprayed with Pam (butter flavor).
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut, or nutmeg, if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour.
