Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except butter in a blender, cover, and turn on.
  2. Heat the butter until bubbling.
  3. Remove the blender cover and slowly pour the hot butter into the blender in a steady stream while blending.
  4. Turn off the blender and serve.
