Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 small jar sliced pimientos

Instructions

  1. Combine evaporated milk, mayonnaise, salt, and Tabasco in a blender.
  2. Cover and mix on low speed for about 1 minute.
  3. While the blender is running, add cheese cubes one at a time until blended.
  4. Pour into a bowl, drain, and stir in sliced pimientos.
