Ingredients

  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Cool Whip (amount as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice to softened cream cheese and mix well.
  2. Pour half of the blueberry pie filling into a graham cracker crust.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pie filling in the crust.
  5. Add the remaining Cool Whip, milk, and lemon juice to the mixture.
  6. Spread the rest of the blueberry pie filling on top of the pie.
  7. Let cool in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
