Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 2 chopped celery stalks
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 roll garlic cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer wrap of the frozen broccoli and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Microwave the chopped onion and chopped celery in melted butter until tender.
  3. Add mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms to the cooked vegetables.
  4. Microwave the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts, stirring twice during cooking.
  5. Add lemon juice and garlic cheese to the mixture.
  6. Mix well and microwave until heated through.
  7. Serve hot with corn chips or fresh vegetables.
