Ingredients

  • 36 vanilla icebox cookies or Nilla Wafers
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice or orange liqueur
  • 3 cups seasonal fruit such as berries and kiwi
  • 2 (4-serving size) packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 6 squares white baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Break cookies coarsely into a 2 1/2-quart clear glass serving bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with orange juice or orange liqueur.
  3. Layer with sliced seasonal fruit such as berries and kiwi.
  4. Prepare vanilla pudding with 3 cups of cold milk and refrigerate until it begins to thicken.
  5. Add melted and cooled white baking chocolate to the pudding and stir with a wire whisk.
  6. Gently fold in whipped topping into the chocolate pudding mixture.
  7. Spoon the pudding mixture over the layered fruit in the bowl.
  8. Top with remaining whipped topping.
