Blueberry Cornbread Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400*.
  2. Mix blueberries, corn starch and 1/3 cups sugar in a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour onto blueberries.
  4. Bake 30 minutes.
