Ingredients

  • 6 cups Blueberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia Or 1/4 Cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet add blueberries, lemon juice and stevia.
  2. Cook blueberries, stirring constantly until thick, about 15 -20 minutes.
  3. Place blueberries in a jar and let it sit on your counter until cool.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
