A warm, fragrant orange tea infused with cloves and cinnamon, perfect for cozy gatherings or relaxing afternoons, offering comforting citrus and spice flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon, broken
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 4 tea bags

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup water, cloves, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
  3. Add honey, 1 cup water, and orange juice; bring to boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and add tea bags.
  5. Let steep, covered, for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove tea bags and spices.
  7. Pour into cups and serve immediately with quartered orange slices as floaters.
