Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz. grated cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix defrosted hash browns together with other ingredients (except corn flakes and last 1/2 cup melted butter).
  2. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Top with corn flakes.
  4. Dribble butter over top.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
