Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • celery with leaves
  • onion
  • carrot
  • piece of fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from chicken breast; debone if desired.
  2. Place chicken in a small stock pot; add some celery, onion and carrot and a piece of fresh ginger.
  3. Add enough cold water to cover by 2 inches; bring to a boil.
  4. Cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no sign of pink remains.
  5. Do not overcook.
