Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce or Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil shrimp for 3 minutes in crab boil.
  2. Drain and place ice cubes over the shrimp to cool down.
  3. Immediately clean and devein the shrimp.
  4. Combine the cooked shrimp with tossed salad ingredients.
  5. Cover with the prepared dressing and serve.
