Bollos (Round Bread)

- In large bowl, combine salt, 3 cups flour and yeast. Heat margarine and the milk (125-130°). hot to the touch. Add to dry mixture, then add water. Add egg.
- Knead by hand, adding remaining flour, until dough is no longer sticky.
- Dough must be smooth and like elastic. Cover and let rest for 10 min. Cut dough in half, press each down. Prick with fork 3 times. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. (On top of refrigerator). Place breads on oven racks. Bake at 350° for 20 min.
