Ingredients

  • 1 large can whole tomatoes
  • 1 small fresh green pepper
  • fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeno
  • 1 large fresh tomato
  • 1 small purple onion
  • 1 fresh lime
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop canned tomatoes, with liquid, into small uneven pieces. Chop fresh tomato, onions, jalapeno and green pepper into small pieces. Add to bowl. Chop a handful of fresh cilantro; add to bowl. Squeeze lime, season with salt and pepper. Salsa will get hotter the longer that it sits.
