Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and honey - add salt if peanut butter is unsalted - in large glass bowl.
- Heat in microwave in 30 second increments and stir (typically 2 is enough) just to combine and soften.
- Add Rolled Oats and incorporate.
- Cool enough to add choc chips without melting them.
- Spread in thin layer on sheet pan and chill for 30min in freezer.
- Cut into bars
