Ingredients

  • 3 lb. thinly sliced beef (round or flank steak or sirloin roast)
  • 9 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. roasted, crushed sesame seed
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all
  2. but meat in a bowl and stir.
  3. Add the meat; turn it until it is coated with the marinade.
  4. Let it marinate 1 or more hours.
  5. (It needs no more than an hour.)
  6. Sear quickly on a barbecue.
  7. Serve hot with rice, cucumbers in vinegar and a green salad.
