Ingredients

  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 to 2 lb. sausage (hot)
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook rice; drain.
  2. Cook sausage and onion; drain.
  3. Add parsley and garlic powder.
  4. Mix all together.
