  • 1/2 cup white Karo
  • 3/4 cup half and half

Instructions

  1. Cook the sugar, white Karo, and half and half until soft ball stage (234° to 240°). Beat until creamy and thick.
  2. Add nuts, if desired.
  3. Pour out into a buttered pan.
  4. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then stop. Cool; cut into squares.
