Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 pound oleo
  • 1 large package cream cheese
  • favorite filling

Instructions

  1. Cut the flour into the oleo and blend in the cream cheese until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate overnight to chill.
  3. Roll the dough thin on a floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite filling in the center of each square.
  5. Fold or shape the squares as desired to enclose the filling.
  6. Roll the filled cookies in flour and sugar mixture.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
