Bow Tie Pasta And Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pkg. oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. chicken (boneless)
  • broccoli flowerets
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/2 lb. bow tie pasta

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil; add butter and chicken.
  2. Saute until white (on both sides) until cooked.
  3. Add broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add white wine and chicken broth.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix in bow tie pasta.
  7. (Cook pasta according to package.)
  8. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
