Ingredients
Instructions
- Saute garlic in olive oil; add butter and chicken.
- Saute until white (on both sides) until cooked.
- Add broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add white wine and chicken broth.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in bow tie pasta.
- (Cook pasta according to package.)
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
