Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin pie filling
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
  2. (I put the mixture in a big bowl and then seperate into individual loaf tins) Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
  3. Makes about 7 loaves.
